Healthy Banana Cream Caramel

This Banana Cream Caramel is most easy and delicious dessert that you have ever tried!

I adore sweets, but as we all aware sugar confectioneries, which are selling in the supermarkets, are not healthy. And if we want to look good, we should avoid it. That is way I keep looking and try different recipes and ideas for healthy desserts.

This recipe is an idea of Vivian, thank you, and I decide to try it. It becomes so tasty little sweet bites, you can eat it for breakfast or you can treat some friends. I made it in a muffin forms, but you can use pan or forms for cream caramel – it will be bigger than mine. Also, if you want to add some sweetness you can add stevia or honey. And, for decoration use everything you imagine – cacao, cinnamon, coconut flakes, nuts, honey, tahini, peanut butter, etc.

Ingredients (for pan):

6 eggs

2 bananas

300 ml milk

vanilla

stevia/honey

Directions:

Smash the bananas and mix it with the eggs. Add the milk and the cinnamon and mix it together again. It has become liquid homogenous mixture. Pour it into the form that you choose and bake until browned – I baked it about 15 minutes at 150 degrees with fan. But because the shape is a little different, watch them . Cold are tastier 🙂
